Financial Advisor to the State of Tamaulipas for the concession of a 260 km water pipeline from the Falcón dam to the city of Matamoros.

Financial advisor to concessionaire of a Water dam and irrigation system (Picachos dam) in the State of Sinaloa with an estimated investment of US$ 30 million.

Financial Advisor to concessionaire of various wastewater treatment plants (two in the State of Mexico, one in the city of Torreon and one in the city of León, Guanajuato) with total investment of US$ 300 million.
