Haig Gulesserian
Founder and Managing Director has a Masters degree in Economics from Western University, Ontario, Canada. Worked at the Bank of Montreal from 1980 to 1990, the last five years as Representative of the bank in Mexico. From 1990 to 2000 Mr. Gulesserian worked at various Mexican financial institutions as Director of Project Finance. In 2000 he founded the firm which has been active in the PPP sector ever since.
Renato Ontiveros
Director of Project Finance. Holds an MBA from the University of Essex, UK. Mr. Ontiveros started his career working at GICSA (one of Mexico's largest commercial real estate developers) as Manager of Corporate Finance and subsequently in Financial Planning and as such participated in the company's first Initial Public Offering. He joined the rm in 2008 and ever since has been in charge of financial analysis and modeling of Project Finance.
Oscar Gutiérrez
Manager of Project Finance. Mr. Gutiérrez has a BA in accounting from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM) and a Masters degree in Finance from Universidad de Valle de México (UVM). From 2000 to 2005 he worked at GICSA first as a tax analyst and later as Assistant Manager of financial planning. He joined the firm in 2005 and has been involved in various PPP projects as well as consulting work with government agencies both at the Federal and State level.
